You may be able to add a front mount hitch on your RV and then carry either the cargo carrier or bike rack on the front.

I have some options for you to check out but you don't want to use 2 hitch adapters because it not only causes more movement for your accessories but it also causes more torque to be placed on your hitch receiver so the weight of everything is increased exponentially and can cause something to fail.

Before you purchase anything you should verify with the hitch and RV manufacturer that they are both rated high enough for the weight of the carrier, scooter, and boat.
One option is a motorcycle carrier. The Ultra-Fab Carrier # UF48-979033 is also rated for RV use. It's 80 inches long with a 39 inch ramp.
With this carrier there is a chance of contact between the carrier and the boat when making turns. The carrier will stick out from the back of the vehicle and could interfere.

Technically speaking, a hitch extender like the Curt part # C45791 will fit. However, using an extender lowers your hitche's tongue weight by 50 percent so you will be limited on how much weight you carry. In addition to this, accessories on the back of an RV experience a lot more movement and therefore stress than normal. I did some research on the Casita travel trailers and after speaking with Casita, I found that the bumper on the Casita travel trailers were not designed to support any additional weight due to its construction. Your 2006 Honda Odyssey van doesn't have Ram wheels so you won't need to worry about the offset your Honda's wheels have effecting your decision.
